I’m a little behind posting this!
Due Date: April 25, 2017
How far along: 33 weeks
Size of baby: A Stalk of Celery (17.2 inches and 4.19 pounds)
How many weeks to go: 7 weeks!
About baby: Baby boy is keeping eyes open while awake. The bones are hardening and baby is going through major brain development. Baby may grow up to a full inch this week. At this point, he has developed his own immune system, which means he will be better prepped to fend off germs on the outside.
Maternity clothes: Dresses are my go-to and most comfortable attire right now. Thank goodness for the beautiful AZ weather lately.
Stretch marks: No stretch marks! I am still using THE BEST Baby Belly Butter by Nature Bare Body Care. Check out my review here.
Sleep: Sleep is still a big challenge for me. Tossing back and forth from side to side. I have been using the Organic Snoogle Pregnancy Pillow with other pillows which has definitely helped me stay comfortable in one place. I also sleep a lot better after a prenatal yoga class.
Best moment of this week: My Baby Shower! It was wonderful. I felt so much love and support and my girlfriends did a great job of throwing a nautical themed shower that was better than I could have ever envisioned. We got the sweetest little gifts for Baby Lane and feel so blessed and grateful.
I also found a new chiropractor that specializes in the Webster technique that is specifically for pregnant mamas. She is great and super knowledgeable. It was so comforting to find her. Baby is still right side up so I’m hoping consistently visiting this chiropractor will help get him to turn.
Miss anything: Champagne!
Movement: Lots of visible movement now. I can tell he is running out of room in there though. The belly is getting a lot harder and tighter.
Food cravings: Sweets…shakes and ice cream
Anything making you queasy or sick: When he starts to move a lot I start to feel a little queasy. I haven’t really been into eating meat lately so I have to consciously make sure I am getting enough plant based protein.
Gender: BOY
Wedding rings on or off: On, but getting tight.
Mood: Happy and excited to meet our little guy!
Favorite pregnancy or baby product: I received some awesome samples I am loving of the Beauty Counter Baby Line from @beautycounterbymeganhorton Thanks Megan!
I also ordered this natural, fragrance-free baby powder from Amazon that got great reviews, Nature’s Baby Organics Silky Dusting Powder.

Also looking forward to wrapping up the nursery. Furniture and last minute items have been arriving this week and I’m so excited to have everything together and ready soon.
